The Economic Club of New York Fellows Program is a customized year-long program that introduces rising executives with great promise to the Economic Club of New York. All Fellows must be sponsored by a Club member in good standing. The Fellows are hosted at intimate gatherings to receive and share insights on timely business topics. Fellows are able to network and enjoy attendance at several Club signature events where a special table is reserved for them. Fellows also are given the opportunity to ask the first question(s) to the Guest Speaker at the Club’s Breakfast Series. The ECNY Fellows Fall event features a reception followed by the Fellows facing off before a member audience on hot business topics selected by the Fellows class. At the annual closing dinner, the Fellows are recognized by the entire membership in attendance at the event. Upon completion, Fellows will possess many new insights and a broader network to expand their leadership impact.
Typically ECNY Fellows are:
• Rising executives in leadership roles, (e.g. assistant controller) and successful track record
• Approximately 7-15 years in the career
• Interest in a broad range of business sectors
• Reside and/or work in New York Metro Area
• Significant educational background
• Women and diverse candidates are encouraged
Please note there is no guarantee of admission to membership in the Club upon completion of the Fellows program. Fellows may apply with the support of Club member sponsor(s) to the Membership Committee for Associate membership or Full Club Membership depending on their seniority and accomplishments to date. Applications for the 2020 Fellows Class are now available. If approved, there is an administrative fee per Fellow which may be paid by the Sponsoring Member or the Fellow.
